In case you missed it, Hello! I’m the founder of Hughes Photo Co.

Several years back my mother said, '“People don’t buy what you do — they buy why you do it.”

If you’re reading this, just know that you’re the reason I do what I do. You’re the reason I chose this as my career. I’m a supporter, Lover, and believer in all people.

As a wedding photographer based in Castlerock, CO, I’m always down to elope with you, grab coffee with you, shoot you a gift in the mail every now and again, and just be there for you before, during, and after your wedding has come and gone.

A few fun facts about me:

I’m a husband, father, and a musician. I grew up in southeast Asia and speak both English and Mandarin Chinese. I enjoy coffee (maybe a bit too much), whiskey, a cigar on occasion, and music that inspires action.

    AMAZING!! Chris is one of the kindest, most fun and easy photographers to work with! He shot my engagement photos and my wedding and both turned out beautifully! He was open to any poses we wanted to try and captured our true personalities with every photo. He listened when I told him what photos were the most important for me to have of my wedding (i.e. candid shots of friends / family; photos of our flower dude; photos of the bridal party getting ready; etc.). He not only showed up for us as a photographer and did an amazing job, but he showed up as a friend and was so helpful if we needed anything and was very communicative throughout the whole day and if part of the plan changed (aka running off schedule) he went with it.
